Land Intelligence is hiring a base plus commission-based sales representatives to help expand the footprint of our patented, game-changing Enterprise software and service solution for real estate investors and developers.
Desired Qualities / Attributes:
Background or familiarity with sales, software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms, commercial real estate or finance/wealth management are all desired, but not strictly necessary. A motivated individual who can learn quickly but does not have a large network will ultimately be a better fit than someone with an ideal background who lacks motivation.
Northern Virginia, North Texas, South Carolina
While most work can be performed remotely, agents will need to be local to each submarket to be effective.
The LI Sales Agent position will carry out the customary duties of a contracted sales representative. This includes, but is not limited to, generating a lead list of prospective customers, qualifying that lead list, and advancing each prospective customer through a sales funnel until a sale is made or lead is disqualified. Once closed, Agent is responsible for managing the account, representing the customer’s interests, and ensuring their satisfaction with our solution. Agent is required to adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures, as updated.
Agent is responsible for their own schedule. They may be invited, but not required, to attend any meeting set by a Land Intelligence employee with a prospective customer identified by Agent. In order to remain in good standing with Land Intelligence, Agent will be expected to close a minimum of $500,000 in enterprise sales annually.
Agents will be paid a base salary and benefits plus a residual commission on net receipts sold by Company as a result of the sales generated. This continues to be paid on future sales from that lead as long as the Agent remains in good standing with Land Intelligence.
